3. Health-related information
Information about allergies, body measurements and dietary needs may be sensitive personal data. We process it only to review the service you requested, prepare an appropriate meal-plan discussion and support nutrition consultation. Website calculations are estimates and are not a medical diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for a qualified clinician.
4. Why we use your information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry; save your progress between form steps; calculate nutrition estimates; recommend and quote suitable meal-plan options; arrange consultations, trials, subscriptions and follow-ups; maintain customer-service records; measure advertising and funnel performance; prevent misuse; and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Legal basis and consent
We rely on your clear consent and on taking steps you request before entering a meal-plan subscription. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect processing already lawfully completed. Where information is required for a contract or legal obligation, some records may need to be retained despite withdrawal.
6. Who may receive the information
Access is limited to authorised NutriChef personnel, nutrition professionals and service providers supporting lead management, hosting, form delivery, analytics and communications. This may include Google services used for the lead record, WhatsApp when you choose to continue the conversation, the website-hosting platform, and advertising platforms where campaign attribution is enabled. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UAE. Where applicable, we use appropriate contractual, technical or other lawful safeguards intended to preserve an adequate level of protection.
8. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the enquiry or customer relationship, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and prevent misuse. When it is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymised. We use proportionate access controls and operational safeguards, although no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
